I am vegan and started out at 145 lbs and I am now down to 115 lbs. I lost 19 lbs on my first round and I was thrilled beyond words. I was not hungry on the diet and I slept great. I lost 2 inches in my calves, thighs, waist, hips and arms in 40 days.
On my second round of the diet, I lost 11 lbs in 12 days, for a total weight loss of 30 lbs! I felt like superwoman on this diet.
